3D scanning for hard-to-measure objects
Some shapes just can't be measured with calipers and a notepad: compound curves, organic contours, irregular castings, ergonomic grips, sculpted surfaces. Structured-light 3D scanning captures the whole visible surface at once, at up to 0.2 mm resolution.
Instead of approximating the geometry point by point, you get a complete digital mesh — cleanly aligned and to scale — delivered as STL or OBJ.

BEFORE YOU SHIP
Scanning captures visible surface geometry. Deep recesses, hidden faces, transparent or highly reflective surfaces, and flexible objects may need review or prep — we only use prep when required, never charge extra for it, and you certify prep is okay when you approve your quote. Send photos first and we'll confirm the fit.
